I'm running this on a desktop PC, Windows 11, using Locale Emulator. I can't exactly test it on another computer because I don't have one.

Unzipping doesn't matter, shortening the path doesn't matter.

Here is an example of the problem:

I will assume all the other files have unpacked correctly. Have you tried assigning the file extension (.EXE) manually, i.e. renaming the file to 'FutanariMother5.exe'?
Since file extensions on Windows are for some inexplicable reason hidden by default, make sure 'Hide extensions for known file types' is disabled. You can find this setting in the View tab of the File Explorer options.

This is all I get lol, and it cannot be opened..

The folder has a way too long name , and windows won't even try to load the icon of the executable inside the folder, rename the game folder to something shorter and you are good to go.
