Seeking A game with good pregnancy system and nice art

[Not so well]

It's been a while since I try the Hazumi and the Pregnation and Melty's Quest that have beautiful arts and birthscene. After trying the alpha release of Marie's Adventure, I wanna try some games which have the same 2DCG as these game above. Do you have any recommendations?
