I'd imagine that when the MC is having sex with Rae in the shower, she's actively participating, hanging around his neck and her back against the bathroom wall. Whereas when Rae is asleep, she's effectively dead weight.

That threw me as well. "End of Story" means the main story will not progress, but there are many many scenes that do not fall into that category. Mainly you just keep visiting and talking to people in random new places. There was a thing that I missed with Cait, and didn't unlock it until I started checking previous options.

I'm surprised about Rae she can use magic she don't use anti-pregnancy spell on herself or too dangerous days with the girls. If the MC come inside they need ask Rae for the spell or Cait researching magic about anti-pregnancy I don't know if ZanithOne gonna add pregnancy later in the game

Naomi explicitly mentions having full control over it, for Rae it's probably just second nature by this point given her job, with the other two we aren't quite there yet anyway.
And I think he's said before that it'd probably be an epilogue thing at most.
