I believe you need to dream about the pool. Save before choosing the scene at the pool as you can't go back for the other.

So for the hidden gallery pics, seems like they all spawn by the pool, the girl's swimsuits will be laying around at different points of the day. You might have to do their pool events for them to show up.

Succubi being viewed as super sluts that fuck everything with two legs was nothing more than christian revisionalist bullshit. In lore they where originally viewed as spirits that taught the one that summoned them magical secrets in exchange for companionship and intimacy for as long as the summoner wanted to keep them. They also didn't go fucking around the current summoner was the only one they would have sex with unless the summoner was fine with them fucking others.
