Since A Date with Rae was a bonus, one shouldn't be ungrateful, but I confess to being a bit disappointed. The main problem was that to my eyes the girl didn't look anything like Rae. It was clearly a different artist, which I suppose is understandable if their main artist was too busy with A House in the Rift to work on it. I also thought that the characterisation and dialogue - though not bad - weren't quite up to the high standard of the main game. One strange thing: I'm pretty sure that in Rift the default name for the MC is Donald, whereas in this game for some reason it's Steven. I promptly changed it to Donald to avoid confusing myself.
For the record no idea what was going on, but I had over 20 in her stats and had finished all other content in the game and was trying to trigger the scene in the library but kept just getting the normal studying scene, probably tried like 8 or 9 times before it finally triggered and I have no idea what was different other than the time it finally triggered I had gone to her at the pool and asked her to go to the library.
Yeah I don't either it worked for me do you have anything else open for her that's not finished yet if so maybe try and close that outNo, nothing, and it did finally trigger, without me doing anything other than trying it over and over and possibly because I asked her to go the library before trying it that time it finally worked. I'm not sure if it's intentionally random whether or not it triggers and I just got unlucky for a while, because even after I got it to trigger if I try to trigger it again sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
I am not sure about there being too many scenes, but I really liked the "alternate reality" girls, so a bit of a repeatable would not go amiss for me ...
Good point. However, I got the impression early on that Incest was intended in the future. MC made a point that the house was the one he grew up in and mentioned who had each room. It certainly seemed that the sister's room was being kept available for SOMETHING, with him regularly mentioning his sister each time the room was clicked on. That idea, if correct, apparently has been dropped, though.
Right? You go from having soap (or possibly bodywash), shampoo, and conditioner (or an all in one) in your shower to having 76 different fucking bottles spread all over the damn place. It's like a minefield. Sink and counter go from useable to suddenly having less working surface area than a saucer. And who the fuck needs 2 toothbrushes?

No lagging for me, even though I'm playing it on an elderly PC with minimal memory. Are you playing on a PC, a Mac or an Android device?
PC. Even though its a pretty crappy system it still ran the previous updates without a hitch so it's just strange that this one runs so poorly while scenes are playing.
