I'm pretty sure the dev is using the assistance of ChatGTP or any other AI to write the scenes and dialogues. It's a pretty much soulless game right now.Yeah this one went downhill unfortunately. It started out great, but they are just milking at this point.
Dude aren't the trapped in a house suspended by magic strings that are starting to snap? But by all means keep like trying on new costumes and hanging out at the pool without a care in the world and shit. Makes sense.
If dev is using ChatGTP, i hope hes not using Tesla cars, and/or not going to one Trump Hotel.I'm pretty sure the dev is using the assistance of ChatGTP or any other AI to write the scenes and dialogues. It's a pretty much soulless game right now.
I don't know if he's usign ChatGTP or any other AI, there are a lot out there right now. But it's really common these days the use of this writing aid. People ask the AI for a plot and dialogues, and then just change some things to make it seem to be written by a human being. It's something professional journalists or screen writers are doing right now every single day. Some of the movies and TV series that we all see these days are actually written by an AI, fully or partially. And I think I detect the use of AI in this game too. The dialogues and scenes are a bit too generic and mundane. It's like the dev asks the AI for some filling material because he's out of ideas already. After all, how many generic conversations during the breakfast of seeing TV can a dev create without becoming mentally burned? If dev is using ChatGTP, i hope hes not using Tesla cars, and/or not going to one Trump Hotel.
ChatGTP sucks... Except when you use as part of an AI mod to Elder Scrolls V Skyrim npcs...
This feels a lot like seeing AI where it isn't.I don't know if he's usign ChatGTP or any other AI, there are a lot out there right now. But it's really common these days the use of this writing aid. AI is extremely easy to use and is everywhere. There are dozen of tools, not just ChatQTP or Grok. There are even profesional ones. And truly make things easy for writers... if they don't mind being generic an soulless, I mean. Right now, probably half of the things you read in newspapers are news agency summaries automatically processed by an AI. If you are lucky, maybe the journalist has revised the article before publishing it. But if the journalist is in a hurry, probably he'll just publish it right from the AI processing. And we are talking about big mass media. Don't you think that a guy developing a porn game at home is not going to use that tool, if he's in a hurry for releasing an update? This feels a lot like seeing AI where it isn't.
People don't need AI to be generic and boring after all. We've had generic and boring media for a LONG time.
The thing is, I do not think that's true. You can talk all you want about AI being easily accessed, and that's true, but you don't really have any basis for the assumption it's being used here, or in over half of media. It just makes sense, to you, because you've got it on the brain.AI is extremely easy to use and is everywhere. There are dozen of tools, not just ChatQTP or Grok. There are even profesional ones. Typically more content is added between the beta and the EA (early access) version, so unless the updater fails to allow for that I think it should update it for you.so i have 7.14 beta, don't think the latest patch will update it??
A few days ago, the main news agency in my country, a state-owned public media (a major EU country, not Uganda, for example), published a news item with the headline “make this not look copied”. The idiot journalist copied and pasted the request he made to the AI, and published it with the news.... I'm afraid that AI is indeed widely used these days, in the press, in professional script writing for movies, series, AAA video games, and of course, by amateur video game developers. Especially one like this one who has admitted that the year has been hard and in development and has not met his expectations. The thing is, I do not think that's true. But, like, this game isn't written like how an AI would write it. At all. And there's a lot of old media that predates AI that reads like those trashy articles today. There's zero reason to actually assume AI is being used nearly as pervasively as you're imagining.
The new style is certainly very sexy. but it's not really her.
