Aye, I actually enjoy it more as a normal VN and setting than as a porn game even (though the porn is decent)
If you're looking for advice, I'd say to lengthen the sex scenes. Even if it's just describing what we're already seeing happen in the animation, it's better than nothing. Smut benefits a lot from padding since people tend to nut slower than they read a half-page's worth of text.
I suppose I'd also like an option to shave the girls with bushes, but that's probably prohibitive in terms of re-animating scenes to include the now-smooth mound

If your adware is constantly putting out false positives, it may be time to make a switch. Constant false positives are themselves a threat since it inures you to just blindly clicking past warnings and thus encourages you to let the virus into your system with your own two hands.

IIRC the game uses a modified version of Renpy, if you can get it downloaded send a sample of the exe to them so they can whitelist it.
