hmm, that means that she is getting ready for some kind of event, a date maybe?. not seen that one myself, so it is probably new. no mention of naomi in any of the other entry's in the guide?
This game has so little to offer players that Luriel touching the grass is considered a significant event at the author's discretion, since it is in the changelog... There are only 5 of them, if anyone hasn't forgotten...

How do I proc the new Naomi event with Rae? Every other event I was able to get except this one.

Just managed to proc, it happened after a few times, and Naomi was in the downstairs bathroom, not sure if it make the difference, but worked.
i cant get the rae naomi event to trigger, do i need to do something beforehand? does rae or naomi need to be in a very specific place?

Try doing the "keep pounding" option a fair few times. I clicked that option maybe 5-6 times and Naomi snuck up.

i think your stats may have something to do with it, but can't be sure. i have to restart myself, as it seems all my saves have been corrupted somehow..

weird.. it might be a bug of some kind, but i can't say for sure. have started replaying, but it will take time before i get to the point where you are. don't want to skip through anything.
i'll let you know if i find out something. and be sure to tag me if you figure it out, or else it will fester in my mind until i go crazy
