She wasn't trying to summon a monster, if I remember correctly, she was trying to see what was in a forbidden dimension. Something that was enough of a threat that Rae and Naomi knew of it and scolded her for doing something so stupid.
And as we all know that is a fate worth than being killed.
I'm pretty sure that she would be a mage, "witch" is something different. That's what Naomi is and seems to be different. As for if she had any kind of specialisation I don't think we know, I don't recall her ever mentioning anything specific about any of her classes, or teachers that might give a clue.
She's only 2nd year. She probably hasn't really started a specialty yet. Though she may end up specializing in cleaning glassware if the dean is forced to follow through on his threat.
There are quite a few conversations with her referring to potions and science. It seems like she could me a good fit for an alchemist maybe.

They are all unlockable just not in one playthough unless you roll back or something.
There is the choice at the beginning of the three girls in the park, a misable scene in the attic before your training, picking who leaves at the pool dream, use El or not and I guess the android as well. All of them could technically be unlocked in one playthrough with a save just before the choices happen.
Hey man, how about we can change the appearance of each heroine? like hair and clothes
I would imagine to fit that into the game would require redoing dozens of scenes, hundreds of renders to accommodate that.
