I think people would maybe be more open to it continuing to go nowhere if there were new characters being introduced, but at this point we are well past the shit or get off the pot stage with the existing cast. Which kind of brings up another point - having half a dozen VERY DIFFERENT styles of LIs is a good ploy to attract a wide audience and make money initially, but from the player's standpoint it gets old fast. If you notice, most people have kind of honed in on the one or two characters they like and aren't wild about the rest. So you can see 3-4 updates go by and barely get any content for the character/s you actually give a shit about. This would be much less of an issue if the game had just committed to one type of LI.

Lyriel and Rae are hot to me. Rae's personality and story is increasingly tanking though IMO. Many others have commented on her decline, it's not just my lone opinion. And the whole rest of the cast - I couldn't care less about. Cait is bangable but pretty boring and one-dimensional and I wouldn't say she's hot. Yona, Blair, Naomi? Wouldn't fuck them if they were the last females left in the universe. Also, I swear they keep slightly increasing the boob size and adjusting the body proportions on the characters, which is a step backwards for me. Not everyone prefers their women stacked and thick.

Most of the adult games I have played had way more characters that were hot to me. This game has turned from a very promising start to a super boring milkfest where in a fucking year of development, they add maybe 10 minutes of meh content on the characters I actually care to see.

Honestly speaking, those are also the two I like the least.

Yona's personality is really nothing like that of an Orc, and i also really don't like how she looks. The idea of having a shy character being an ostracized member of a highly aggressive tribe is on paper pretty good; but IMO that part doesn't get across all that well and she ends up being a Green Naomi variant (in the sense of "Gentle Giant") with none of the connections or personality and arguably the worst model out of the bunch.

It's not that she is completely out of place, but rather that she doesn't fit in. Every Character has an archetype, and hers is already taken in a way, and that's a problem adding more content/ lore with her won't fix.

Blair on the other hand suffers from having the worst personality out of the bunch. I get that she is the completely paranoid engineer of the group, but I feel like at some point it crossed over from being acceptable to me disliking her. Not that I wouldn't be completely paranoid after being warped into a house that is floating in the void, but it feels like she is actually sabotaging the others which I don't like; and can be fixed with more lore.


But in all honesty, I feel like Yona needs a complete Remake. A bad model is one thing, that can be easily retroactively improved, but I feel like there is just too much *overall* wrong with her

tbf, Yona would be significantly LESS interesting if she behaved like a stereotypical orc. In no small part than because we already have that with Naomi. But also because WAAAGH is trite. I don't think they step on each others' toes at all as it is, but they certainly would if they acted the way people would expect.

While I agree she's not particularly pretty, I'm used to not getting what I want in terms of body shape. I don't think Honey Select even natively allows for it, actually. Patreon would pitch a fit - short and petite can't exist on an adult woman in their world.

Rather than getting grumpy about characters not suiting my tastes would just add to the problem though. I'd rather be chill and let the people who like their muscle waifus have their muscle waifu. I don't need to desperately want to fuck every girl in the game. I have Rae and Lyriel and Cait and Blair and that's fine.

Me not liking someone is not something wrong with them.

Nothing wrong with her model, it's fine as is.

The changes need to come in how she's being handled. At the moment she's damn near a part of the furniture. I don't mean that in the usual sense of them belonging but more in the sense that they just exist in the background not really contributing much.

I expected more from her when she was introduced but it's like the dev doesn't know what to do with her.

I just checked when I made my post about her and it was August 15th 2022. I said then that it seemed pointless adding her as she doesn't seem to do anything and doesn't add anything to the story.

I had people telling me then that Zanith always has a plan, we're dumb and obviously don't play the game because that's how it is, a new girl comes and is fleshed out before moving on.......

Yet here we are, 2 years later and she still hasn't been fleshed out.

The other girls are really well done and then there is Yona, just hanging around, doing absolutely nothing.

I feel the same way probably more so about Yona , Blair really needs a good dicking that's for sure. My heart will always be with Lyriel she took over #1 and that won't change

hi i looked at the help for the items on the opening, but it seems that it is not up to date so while searching for the newest ones i used a bit of my time to make some screenshots for everyone that has trouble with the hidden items (highlighted in the red circle)

For anyone wondering the screenshots should be in the order of unlocking the pics. for example the first screenshot for rea unlocks the first bundle of pics for her (sometimes its 1, 3 or even 4 pics. most often its 2).
i will not add when items are unlocked since i am way to lazy to collect that information (& it shouldn´t really pose a problem as you just need to progress with mainstory or girl and day& time are displayed as soon as you can collect the item)

Honestly, Blair on paper is an interesting character, I just find her completely insufferable.

Not a huge fan of tsundere types, but Lyriel at least put in effort to improve how she behaves.

And while Blair at least got *some™* fun interactions with the others, Yona might as well be completely cut.

Actually, I hope that is why Yona has so few content; meaning that the dev is actually considering redoing her completely.
