It looks like it's trying to use your local Python 2.7 install. (You may want to remove that traceback, as it shares some path names.)

Launch it from the shell script (.sh) not the Python (.py) file.

Run ahitr.sh instead of ahitr.py. (On Windows, for anyone confused, run the exe.) The shell script (sh) will set the path correctly so it uses the bundled Python install.

I loved this game when it was a VN with a pretty interesting story. It lost me after the Cait trial thing mini game and now it's just a weird collection of ideas going nowhere.

the update files must be put in ahitr main folder and the clik on update executable if not it didn't works for me...

if i'm not mistaken that's the result of a potion you have to make it, find the recipes in the library and make them in the garage.

It's never going to happen, but man the amount of money I'd pay for a VN only option. Or at the very least some form of actual content gating so events aren't a cluster-fuck of continuity errors.

The sandbox aspect is causing the game to collapse on itself, because what little sense of progression there was, has broken over time and the devs haven't gone back to older content and corrected it. That problem is only going to get worse as the game goes on and considering how slowly the storylines are progressing, it's gonna get real fucky.

I really do hope they eventually add stucture to the event progression, but I honestly doubt they'd bother considering how time cosuming it'd be.

This was one of my very first AVN's, and while the story progress may come slowly I totally fell in love with the girls.

It makes this most recent reveal about Rae so difficult. She was my favorite and first for so long but today I realized that Lyriel has totally surpassed her. I'm glad that the story is emotional and complex. I do hope the dialogue choices we make will have a more lasting impact though. You can be understanding or betrayed, but if both end up in the same place by the end I'll be disappointed. I don't think I can forgive Rae, especially when Lyriel is so perfect.

I know my question will seem stupid to some (and I don't give a damn, tbh).
What are the answers/choices written in italics (here the 3rd from the top) supposed to indicate? Until Yriel's arrival, the dialogue following this choice seemed to lead to increased points for either Obscenity or Intimacy, but since then it's often the other answers/choices that have this effect.
