If you import a save on the site, it will tell you exactly what you need to do to disable the option. I don't think this game needs it unless you lost your saves and you're trying to get a new one from someone on the site. In this case you'll need to disable the safety option.
A good reason for you to learn how to disable that option is if you play other Ren'py games since some of them can get quite grindy.

Hey, folks! Just wanted to let you know that v0.7.11r2 is now officially free, and it has a few fixes and text changes compared to r1 hosted here.
Also wanted to let you know that I'm alive, but between the AHITR updates and a couple of unannounced projects I never manage to find time to drop in and properly go through the discussion. Lemme just say, I have no idea why RPGM was mentioned, and I'm too afraid to go to a previous page and find out.

Always a good idea to ignore RPGM and reading back through old posts is always dangerous as well
i would like to play the game but first i wanna know if in this game is possible to permantly change the girls clothes and make them stay naked at home

Sorry you can't do that, some girls will have a different outfit you can ask them to put on at certain times, don't let is derail you playing it's very good game you should enjoy it
