I think he's referring to the loops themselves. They get pretty fast in JoyPlay.

V-sync is probably on, it does stuff like that on high fps counts.

Ok so I figured it out, I had to turn on the sync monitor FPS setting in the options and it fixed it immediately.

Tested it with various save files. Despite having this heart still there, there wasnt a single locked scene in the gallery (other than the ones that didn't come out duh). Prolly a bug or placeholder
