the kendra situation might be due to a 2 hour limit, where if u chat to an npc it will only boost their like for u once then 2 hour cooldown.
the other issue i have not had reported before, so could be an issue ur side. what OS and browser are u using?

I like this motivating factor, somewhat like a penalty/reward system where you are rewarded if you do something and penalized if you don't do or fail to do something. Keeps the game interesting and the players engaged, for example always spying may lead to being caught and a massive decrease in like/love/corruption. Or always missing school will drop your points in subjects/intelligence and may also lead to a decrease in like/love/corruption from teachers/parents and others, but keeping a high enough points in subjects/intelligence will reward you with something (money, image, like/love/corruption point, etc.) and the higher the like/love/corruption of the reward giver the more spicy the reward will be. Or you can still use the air vent even if you don't have credit but there is a chance you will be caught and that would mean detention time and again a decrease in like/love/corruption, and being in detention means you don't get to do the tasks/events that needs to be done which may lead to again a decrease in like/love/corruption. But being in detention doesn't always mean penalty because there is also a chance you will be in detention with another person or a group of girls/boys which may lead to some spicy action if your skill points (charisma, strength, etc.) are high enough for them to notice or get involved with you. Then again I don't know if that is too difficult to implement so forgive my ignorance if that's the case.Random events are probably one of the best ways to make things interesting, rn I recall the bullying at school from my last run, but that was it. My feeling is that the week isn't filled enough - sure there's college but from 5pm till midnight it's 7 hours, or 28 interactions that you're going around trying to farm, cycling NPCs every 3 hours
Not to mention the long nights, I usually read through books and magazine at night when no interactions are possible, and use the laptop, then spy on sister sleeping just to advance time, and go get another laptop gain if I can. Since you don't really have to sleep! Maybe you changed that already? There was no fatigue count last I checked, but maybe rather than introducing that can of worms, have a random dream sequence with a potential stat or skill gain only if you go to sleep before 1am? It won't risk making gains too quick because there's too much to spread randomly about. Doesn't make sense to gain physical abilities sleeping, but maybe others? If you flag skills and stats that were trained during the previous week, that would still probably be a large pool to not make random gains buff you too quickly. For a measly 1 random gain, I'd be motivated to sleep, even if I could power play a few more gains. Just don't feel motivated to sleep without bait!
What might be simpler is to have a system that rewards taking classes early. Rn I always do 3 student interactions every hour, beacause each will advance time 15 minutes, minus at most a couple of random events in the corridors. It's a pain to keep track of which students have reset the 3 hour cooldown and are available for a new boos, but I do it because it feels like the smart way to grind, and only take the class in the last 15 minutes for the full reward. If Zenny could implement a random relationship gain with one of the colleagues present in the classroom (similarly to having a random skill or stat boost for sleeping) but only for attending class starting in the 15 minutes past the hour, it would suffice for me to not be so tempted to game the system, and farm relationship boosts around the entire school and even outside of it, during class attendance time. 15 minutes past the hour would leave room for the eventuality of getting a random encounter in the corridors, or allow for at most one interaction in the locker room or bathroom, without missing the start.
