Ok this is very confusing, the game keeps going from landlady to mother and landlord to father? You can't rename them either and the so called English is horrible. The writing is very weird. I hope the dev gets some help with the story. I will check back on this game in several updates if its still around.

My English is not my native language, so I apologize in advance for any confusion in the description...

I'm trying to correct many things I didn't realize when I released this version.

In fact there is no incest because they are not blood relatives, only little Ana is but with her you will not have any relationship and that explained at the beginning of the game, but I will make a description of that more detailed.
But just in case I put that censorship on the game...

Unless Emily is some kind of a legal guardian, or caretaker, a tenant has zero obligation to their landlady, outside of their contract. The landlord leaving them is also bollocks. Of course, if the landlord is the father, and the landlady is a mother, and the tenant is the son, which usually how you avoid patreon and incest rules, that's okay. If not, then the story doesn't make sense.

Sure, but then you have to modify the story itself, because with landladies and tenants, it's gonna be iffy as fuck. Best you could do is to wait for "someone" to make an incest patch.*winkwink

One way to fix this is by having the MC being an orphaned child from an old family friend of the landlady who was abandoned by her husband for whatever reason. That would keep the absence of a father figure, keep the non-incest part of this while keeping a reason to why they're so close. Also, if the dev decides to do something along these lines, then remove a lot of the landlady-roommate mentions, focus on the names of each character since all parties involved have close ties even without the game progress. There is no reason to mention they're roommates beyond a brief explanation (to the player) or when it is being directly explained to someone unrelated, for example:

Let's say MC goes to bring the lil one back home from her school and someone there asks if he's her sister.
>She replies that yes (due to how close they are and how long they've spent together) but he adds explaining briefly the truth, to avoid any future issues.

I would like if you were to read my suggestion and consider it, you can avoid incest while keeping the overall feeling that would give and having the bonus of the structure being a tad bit unique as it would embrace the "landlord" and build upon it.
