Just finished the game's latest update and was surprised to see that there was a hint that the MC would soon have to contend with NTR rivals. This would make me very happy but not everybody feels the same way, naturally. Entire board civil wars have been fought over it. However, if the NTR is unconsummated in reality they are just antagonists or romantic foils. You know, only there to make the MC look better, move the plot along, and give him challenges to overcome. This makes me think about whether there is any dramatic tension if losing the girls to these guys isn't possible. I imagine a balance can be struck and there is a way to thread the needle in such a way to make no one upset. Maybe by playing around with some of the NTR tropes (business trips, bribery, harassment, corruption, blackmail, etc) but having the rivals be unable to get out of their own way or have the love interests be capable of overcoming their feeble attempts. One of the darker sides of the NTR fetish is having the heroines be too incompetent, lustful, or powerless to resist. It would be thematically interesting to see that subverted. This might be too much to ask from a porn game, and if it is tried there will probably be an outcry from zealots on either or both sides of the debate, but who dares wins in the end. It is better than playing all those other harem games where every other guy in the world seems to be eunuch or the ones where they don't seem the exist at all.

I'm pretty agnostic about NTR. It doesn't offend my sensibilities and I'm fine without it, but it can be quite good on occasion. I will admit that there is a wide spectrum of NTR out there. If it seems cartoonish at times it is because it is often played for laughs. And like all cruel humor, it is at someone's expense and that usually happens to be the MC. I feel differently about different games that have NTR in them. The ones that take themselves too seriously are usually a little too heavy for me. The ones that are as you say are really hit and miss. The ones that I really appreciate are the ones that treat the women like the heroes of their own story rather than a plot device in someone else's. Unfortunately, these are exceedingly rare. The ones that annoy me the most are the ones that treat NTR like a game over screen. Come on. If the audience is here for the NTR don't send us home right when dinner is served. But let's agree that if you are going to :ahem: insert NTR it should serve the story.

If you want to feel jealousy in a game like this one, or feel that your Li needs to see a female stripper dancing to get hot enough to kiss you (similar situation of a man that needs to see gay porn to get a hard-on before having sex with his wife or something like that), well, it´s your thing. I don´t judge.

But respect that I don´t like a game in which the Li that I like, actually has lesbian tendencies and seems more excited for women than for the character I´m playing. I don´t like that kind of surprises in this kind of games.

It´s one of those clichés of this kind of games, and I don´t like it: all women are actually lesbian or "bi", and nobody even finds it weird. In the same way, the MC has to have a cock bigger than his arm, and the personality of a sheep, being always dragged to women to situations he don´t even choose, like fighting in clandestine competitions of boxing, going to strip clubs, helping in absurd "scientific experiments", entering into shady business, being bossed around by a model wannabe doing a lame impersonation of Dirty Harry, with his sunglasses and his face of "I despise the world"... Always trying to please the women, and unable of taking himself the initiative with them. Clichés that I don´t like at all, and all of them are in this game.

Thought I was the only one that felt this way on f95 specifically, I know in the real world millions share our opinions I'm just glad that even here you can still find like-minded people and I wholeheartedly agree with everything you said.

Boy... I didn't like the renders on the banner but have tried the game, the characters kinda grew on me. Except maybe the prof, still not into her. Very curious about Vanessa, her shades, and if she really has optic blast.

It is my understanding that all of the girls will have a personality that they will prefer but none of them will necessarily be a dealbreaker. The problem I'm encountering is that I'm not sure which personality matches which girl, but it doesn't seem like the obvious one. Birds of a feather may fly together but it is opposites that attract. I got very good results by giving the girls the opposite of their own personalities. Being humorous with the model. Being a horn dog with the business girl. Being earnest and kind with slutty fight club girl. But to be honest I had the most fun with just picking the dialogue that seemed to match the situation and not worrying too much about the consequences. I don't think that the game is designed for you to keep jamming the same button over and over just to get the girl.

Is there some kind of points system here (and I don't mean the points at Knight, Joker or Smooth/Flirt),
or is the walkthrough just aimed at seeing most of the content in the game?

I'm currently doing the German translation for the game and therefore really have to read EVERYTHING,
but until now I really don't see any "essential" decisions that are not displayed in the game itself. (Harlow / Erika / Marisa -> yes or no).
All other options only partially change the text.

Even the appearance which you choose (knight, joker, smooth), no matter how inappropriate it seem's to be, there is no real difference in what comes out at the end of ep5.

I've got a few more sequences to render in the big scene I keep talking about. Once that's done, there are just a few shorter scenes to get through. I've got a lot of free time this weekend, so I'm going to do as much as I can to get through this scene. I hope that by the next official update next week, I'll have the scene done and I can talk about finishing renders on the rest of the episode. I'll go into more details then.

What are the reasons for living a normal life? I understand that the plot is designed this way, he can help him without it, but it's so stupid that the guy is a genius, but in the end he didn't think about renting a room or apartment for himself, it looks unnatural

Lived there for 3 years in a basement (which doesn't cost him anything!) and spent the time with studying.
Now in his early 20s, he's still a student.
Students are not exactly known for swimming in money to rent an apartment, apart from the fact that the college he goes to apparently costs a lot of money, which he finances himself.

So if you take that into account, explain to me what you mean by a "normal life" that you have to finance yourself as a student without having the money put up your ass by your parents?

We are shown a confident guy-psychologist, an excellent student, judging by the game, he is perfectly adapted to the social environment. during this time he managed to make money on fights, promoting Vanessa, and also worked at Coffee, and could easily rent an apartment or a room for himself, it just seems strange to me that such a guy still lives in the basement for 3 years, an intelligent person first of all cares about myself, but apparently this is the norm for a developer
