My theory is that she was "attacked" by the sore loser and he shaved her head to sabotage her in the competition. Or his dad, who has been bringing it up, hired some thugs to do it.

Extra drama if it's Diablo, giving us extra incentive to do the final fight.

The dev needs to make away to remove the name saves. I NEVER name my saves unless I'm in the mood.
Yes, an option to turn them off would be nice. (y)
I put save names as an option because some people prefer it. If you don't want to add a name, it's just an extra button press. It's not something I ever looked into because it takes less than a second to get around, so that's the compromise I went with.
please never add a save name without a toggle on off

Why do almost all the girls play hard to get? Like way more than they normally should, it's actually pretty annoying. I'm not talking about being an easy lay, but damn either declare to the MC you're not interested romantically/sexually or just succumb to your feelings. It's way past teasing and flirting at this point, and some of the dialogue choices are questionable especially the so called 'smooth' lines. Nothing is smooth about them, it's usually the MC being obnoxious and thick and the LIs responding jokingly or in a somewhat 'respectful' as to not hurt MC's feelings but laying it to him in an obvious manner that he's being delusional. If this was real life, you'd get the hint if you flirt with someone like that and just move on but I get this is a game and it's just how it works. Prime examples are Harlow and Riley, especially Riley. Harlow is way past the shy unexperienced stereotype. She sounds so uninterested at first even though she says she likes the MC.
I'm gonna keep playing through the episodes to see if any development occurs but I'm tempted to just skip through the dialog, despite the story being somewhat interesting. I get this could be considered a slow burn but in my honest opinion it wasn't done right and it didn't do justice to some characters, plus the MC plays a big role in making himself sound and act as dense and thick as possible and making them act like they should be uncomfortable.
On this point, what the fuck is even the use of stats like rebel/diplomatic and the Knight/Joker/Smooth choices except for a difference in dialog? The scenes are almost still the same.

This is pretty true what you are saying, but I think another issue if not a bigger one, is just romance progression as a whole is awful in this game. I am not even sure this game has romance.

For exmaple, Riley was my favorite, it took like 15 chapters to get sex with her, slow burn, sure, but absolutely like no progression, no affection, no kissing, not really any dates, just boom sex now, after a boring and bad journey to get there. This happens with some of the other girls too.

So after the whole game, as we are reaching the end, yeah we have sex with some of the girls, finally got Riley, but what's the point, that's it, nothing else, no buildup, no affection, no nothing, just meaningless relationships with sex, is all we get with the girls. This game just feels like a waste of time and disappointment to me.

Episode 15 for sex with Riley? Man, I'm at episode 8 I think and the guy is still barking about a date with her and she's refusing relentlessly and keeps insisting they're friends in every single line she says and she's supposed to be the MAIN main girl seeing as he had a crush on her from high school. However, her character is not polished and the 'relationship' if you can call it that is touched upon terribly. But anyway, like you said romance progression with the main LIs is pretty damn slow especially for a game with a few girls, the sex scenes are far few in between, always the excuse that the LI is not in the mood or it's inappropriate, talking as if they're uninterested... again. You can't call these relationships, I'd argue whatever he has going on with Marissa is way better than every other girl, at least she appreciates him and is actually pretty crazy about him. And ironically, the one who's most likely to not look for a romantic relationship and just have fun/be FwB is Erika. Most of the scenes up until the point where I'm at in my playthrough are with her and they're actually nice. She's adorable and lovable, not what I'd say about other LIs but whatever.

Wanted to ask, what does he mean by this? He said he's not talking about MC and if he's talking about Riley, what secrets could she possibly have to hide and how would Saul know about that? I feel like I missed something but remembering the dance Saul had with her, can't help but feel like something was or is going on. And later on, he implies she knows to separate personal matters from business as if he had something with her? I'm confused.

Some people clearly don’t understand how adult games work. Every day, you’ll see players complaining because they can’t romance Riley. Personally, I moved on from her early—Erika was more than enough for me. Not every character needs to be a romantic option, but if the developer had made Riley strictly platonic, the same people would still be whining, "Why include a girl we can’t sleep with?"

That’s exactly what happened for years—until the developer finally caved and turned her into a rfuckable option just to shut people up. Now that they jerked it off, they probably won't care anymore. lol

With that being said, I want to know why no one answered my simple question. If it was BAD I would have gotten a thousand of replies, but in here, seems like no one can provide an answer to a simple question.

This game has been going for a while, I got a new PC lost all my saves, recently downloaded the game and played the last eps. But I can't remember why my MC wants to step down from the last fight. I don't know if this was some decision I made in a previous episode, or if it was written like this for everyone.

I only want to know why when I played this last update, he said he isn't willing to fight against Diablo. Is he afraid? Or will I really have to replay the game to know the answer because no one in here knows?
