I would guess end of March maybe April developer has some non game related thing he has to take care of development is a little slower right now.
Per the last status update, almost no progress has been made. It's that time of year so fair enough. There isn't an ETA but it will be a while

First off, I hope that you're all having a great start to the new year.
I'm always around and hearing things. I don't usually post too often because as mentioned before, I think it stifles organic discussion. You're all a bunch of lovable scallywags though and I'd like to give you all an update on the next episode so that you're not all completely in the dark. I know there are at least seven people here waiting for the next episode (four of them are just my alts though, heh heh heh heh heh).
Episode 18 is taking a long time to put-together for these main reasons:
I have no estimates or time-tables or guesses on when it'll be complete. If there's no release date, it won't be missed. In the meantime, my advice would be to enjoy all of the wonderful games available until Episode 18 randomly appears some time within the next few years.
