Its just devs trying to cater to too many fetishes and getting to many storylines going that it just ends up a big mess. I see it every game that includes NTR where all the characters become unintelligent walking sex craved people with no motives or character defining traits other then "need to fuck some random thing". It was a great continuation and a great cliffhanger.
Maybe she is too old to have so much sex and ended up in the hospital.

Nicole is the main girl this game is about, her blackmail/corruption by the MC and the budding romance between the two (at least on my route).

No 3-ways yet, but i think there will be eventually.

If you pay attention, she was running and jogging around for a while around evening then she heads home and after a scolding from her husband, she goes back outside in the cold running again all the way to the mc his house, when you open the door she still has her jogging clothing on however her sweater is open with the running sweating and then at night opening a sweater in that cold can make you sick, a fever or bronchitis or pneumonia for example, you will have a hard time breathing in such cases and dizziness which could explain her having passed out in the bathroom. So long story short you can relax and not be worried about her having some unknown disease slowly killing her or whatever.

I have already explained this multiple times and if you play the game and think a bit more out of the box then you can also easily assume that this is everyone having an agenda, yes the game is made so you cheat on chloe but not because marylin said you can only choose one that that is the only existing route, marylin has some sort of psychic ability however in no way is she a seer who can see in the future, while she helps you out and even in a twisted way has certain feelings for you, while she described herself as a "Lesbian" she is clearly a "Bi", The Teacher wants Chloe, Marylin wants Nicole, Father is interested in his secretary and the MC is being played around by everyone, so no unless the dev or someone working on it outright tells you there is no Harem or a both route then that by no means only means you can have one. Plenty of games has similar choices or give you something akin to it and at the end you ended up with more then what other "characters" told you.

That's not what im talking about i talking about that everytime you do the Nicole Deal you just sexually abuse her it's like in the end she just accept your advances. Why not make Nicole's storyline less of that deal there's 3 parts in there that that they look sweet (cafe, jogging, dinner date) also it's weird that everytime you go on a date with Chloe she always show up? Completely skips all ntr and I used the Chloe avoid = 0 console code. Made the game so much better.
