im kinda confused on what you said this is no way a NTR game why because the girlfriend is so dislikeable and the games wall paper and title tells you that Nicole will be the main focus

so ignore the girlfriend and bone her mom

this game is just a cheating game

Girlfriend Cheats on you with her teacher
Nicoles husband cheats on Nicole with he is secretary and lies about being able to get hard
Nicole (her mom) cheats on her husband with the main character
