Just out of curiosity, you Guys know what happen when you press "v" while playing the game, right?
I wished someone had mentioned that this is part 2 and 3 combined.
I thought there was something strange when I finished it too fast.
It was a great continuation and a great cliffhanger.
Maybe she is too old to have so much sex and ended up in the hospital.
It could also be morning sickness.
I mean he came inside her so many times and not just that nigh but a couple of times before their date.
Maybe her heart is weak who knows. I can't wait until chapter 4.

i kinda agree that incest don't need to be in this game since ... she may be your mother in laws...but like Avicii used to sing "where there's a will...there's a way...kinda beautiful" or with some dude "if there's a hole..." and don't care if other is a boy or a girl...

Nicole is the main girl this game is about, her blackmail/corruption by the MC and the budding romance between the two (at least on my route).
No 3-ways yet, but i think there will be eventually.

If you pay attention, she was running and jogging around for a while around evening then she heads home and after a scolding from her husband, she goes back outside in the cold running again all the way to the mc his house, when you open the door she still has her jogging clothing on however her sweater is open with the running sweating and then at night opening a sweater in that cold can make you sick, a fever or bronchitis or pneumonia for example, you will have a hard time breathing in such cases and dizziness which could explain her having passed out in the bathroom. So long story short you can relax and not be worried about her having some unknown disease slowly killing her or whatever.

that's what I thought too. when they released part 1 back then there is no ntr tag, when the ntr finally introduced in the game they created the tag. maybe history will repeat itself with the pregnancy tag.Mrs Heaven's sickness is cause ya done knocked her up

What's the point in having dark themes like corruption/cheating/NTR if you can't ruin a life or two? Let the NTR/cuckolding enthusiasts have their route and give everyone else the option to be a detached ex who gets some dirt on the fat disgusting pig (who 1. Also why not tell Chloe the real reason for avoiding her there a part where he explained well i assume he explained about Nicole forcing them to split up but it was never shown. Why not tell Chloe that her mother is giving hum money but still dates in secret?

Completely skips all ntr and I used the Chloe avoid = 0 console code. Made the game so much better.

Overuse of parenthesis aside, the entire game's story would have to be rewritten, and all the dialogue.
Not every game has to be an incest game. If you can't enjoy it without it being an incest game, then maybe it's not for you.
