I also hate this ending.
It's not even some NTR debate (as the mother isn't love interest so it can't be NTR).
But it's just that when you see some grade A asshole/bullshiter/blackmailer messing around people that you really like (could be family members or friends, male or female), it really rub me the wrong way. Especially if there might be sex involved. I hate it.

Only Chloe and Nicole are on the menu and Chloe has an alternate NTR path.

True I for one think Orb hasn't even decided on what model to use for the Aunt and we will stay in town or lie to John about moving to the other town.

It's the mom and she's only recently pregnant so she looks normal.

Without spoling anything plot related, Chloe (MC's girlfriend) and Nicole (Chloe's mother), Mr Beeman and Chloe if you treat her poorly, Beeman's wife has some flirting but nothing serious.

Yes, but nothing sexual with the MC.
At times she's more like a comic-relief character. A couple of times where it's a bit jarring or borderline cringey in the context of the scene.
