You can use speed hack for RPG Maker MV - it works with "A New Dawn". As a plus side, it speeds non-avi animations as well

You have all cgs in a www folder in compressed version of the game (without in-game text obviously)

I always choose "jerk house" to stay some point he gives you a potion and your tits growed. May be other house (old man) give you that potion but newer try.
