Is the BE path broken? I couldn't figure out how to activate the lotion event. Granted, it's been a while since I last played the game, so maybe I've forgotten something important. I chose the jerks house from the very beginning and did my utmost not to mix different paths, Victoria starts getting boob-gasms, then the lady in the purple dress moves in, and Victoria starts sleeping in the jerks bed. Even the tax collector mentions that Victoria's breasts has "somehow" gotten bigger, but the actual BE never happened.
In the end I decided to use save editing to force the event.

That's a bug, Jerk should give Victoria the BE lotion days before purple dress moves in
It's all based around dreams, Victoria should dream about the Jerk until he listens outside her room; the next day he gives her the lotion
coulld someone make a save right before to damsel in distress or just give me a link to one because the only scene I really want to find in the futa elf that ties into that quest
or just a save with priapas concubine scene or achievment I just want to see it and put this game behind me
I used unarchiver to extract game files and the game used to work before, now it shows that it is running but does not really show up. Is anyone facing the same issue?
Has anyone an idea why I can't progress in the Story anymore?

how can i get the bunny suit? also the breast enlargement mission is not being completed even though i've used the lotion and got bigger tits
For bunny suit you have to work in tavern a few times (i think you have to work at least 3 times as wench and some time dance).
BE questline is bugged right now (like half the game)

Actually this is the least buggy version of the game so far and you can easily go to the end of the current content.
How do you progress the story in orc city? I've been to the A1 room, gotten the key, reputation is at 100% but kinda stuck now. Lone wolf shows I've got 42/43 orcs at the blacksmith and the last story dialogue was waiting for nightfall for the mansion. I didnt get here with the goblin btw, anne/sarah sent me in there solo if that makes a difference.
It isnt that bad but I still couldnt get BE quest, start whoring on the street from the dreams and after betrayal still got talk about kill another minotaur but couldnt go back to base or end game where girls are captured.
