What do you mean by "futa becoming scene"? To meet the futa elf, you have to go to the forest near the goblin camp (there are other monsters here too). One way to do this is to have Sophie enslaved by them during a mission with Sarah and Sophie. At the pub, Sarah tells you to go back and save her, and as you head towards the camp, you see two more minotaurs or orcs (I don't remember), so you have to go through the forest (to the left of the path), walk around the area a bit, and meet the futa elf. The path starts here. But if it's to temporarily transform Vicky into a futa, you have to go to the witch who cooks this potion as well as the bimbo potion

Not much so far. Vicky gets pregnant several times, but by other species, and maybe by the jerk, the old pervert who self-improvises as an innkeeper

To answer your question, it depends on where you are in the game, but I'd say you're about two-thirds of the way through this release. First, Vicky has to work at the brothel (a mission given to her by Sarah) and talk to Candy a few times to get her to show you where the bottles are stored. Or... You can also buy them from the witch (same area of the map as bogwart) Otherwise, you can also read the walkthrough which can be downloaded from the OP. It doesn't cover everything, but this section is well-informed.
