TL;DR: Here we have the usual "update when" because Zen runs multiple projects and RPG Maker totally isn't accessible to everyone so they can just mod the game to their liking in the meantime - if Zen isn't already pausing payments, just stop supporting, nobody forces you to support every month, Patreon isn't Fantia (unless this changed, then I apologize). Cue random wall of text from some equally random Internet old bitch not even interested in content involving males, only the art and effort that was put into the game.

Zen's a great artist and a decent developer who actually listens to feedback; they've been trying to please the community as much as possible by including multiple fetishes that obviously not everyone likes. As Zen stated themselves on another thread, the femdom community is already divisive enough as it is without the need for further issues over fetishes (this can also be mitigated with toggles, but that's the developer's choice since it can also easily be implemented by the user themselves - RPG Maker MV/MZ literally is open-source even if the content is obfuscated, unless the project core data - JavaScript and JSON files - is also passed through obfuscation to defend against modifications).

Yes, Zen has been doing commissions, doing art and has multiple projects up at the same time instead of sticking to one. It's usually a very bad choice and quite taxing, but that's still their decision. I can literally replay their games even though I am not even into this at all and still enjoy the art, scenes and dialogue instead of having to look at a plethora of gamebreaking bugs, rushed content and terrible grammar that most won't even notice - the usual RPG Maker stuff when it's pushed to production, many times without any kind of playtesting or looking at scripts 'borrowed' from RPG Maker Forums (nor crediting them, which takes a few seconds in a simple text file).
The usual stuff, even among people I like, an update with 10min of maximum content -> no more news for 5 months -> people start saying “well did he stop the game or not? “hey guys, I'm working like crazy on my games, stay subscribed to my patreon” -> release between 2 and 5 images to put out the fire -> 5 months go by and he releases 2 to 5 images “wow, he's not messing with us, he's really working hard, great respect to him what a king” this pattern repeats itself until 10min of content is released after one or two years, then it's back to square one.

There's a new option on patreon that allows the creator to sell a post/game directly rather than go through endless subscriptions. One wonders why creators don't use this direct system by finishing their entire game and then selling it all at once rather than milking you endlessly every month, really a mystery.
Many already do and/or pause when they can't keep up so they don't feel like their audience is being 'milked' for supporting in the void, even though the principle of a tipjar is that you're supporting the creator for making stuff, not the content you're being promised as some kind of reward. People can thank paywalls for turning crowdfunding into heavy consumerism and corrupting creator passion into greed, laziness, depression or a mix of everything. Creators aren't obligated to deliver any content whatsoever and the only ToS section about this on some paywalls is they are required to be active at least once every 6 months lest their platform be closed. That's still pretty lax - shameless creators can still change tiers, delete own posts or restrict it all to one post every 6 months without any consequence. Not exactly what happened here, just the usual "game on hiatus, mod it, find another one or replay existing content if you have time/motivation" from the looks of it.

Don't want Patreonization to continue being a thing? Stop supporting financially and provide moral support instead. Can't speak for Zen but I'm almost sure the average content creator cares a lot more about people who think of the human side of the human being than people who pay for the sake of getting a reward or even just for the sake of paying, but without any thought for what might be going on (or even the work they are supposed to be encouraging to motivate the creator, including other works that aren't made available to them).

As for the game, last time I checked, it had enough replayable content to keep people busy for dozens of hours. If the players also want to help with playtesting or just enjoy exploring - talked to every NPC? Tried everything possible? Ran into every wall and corner to check for bugs or map changes that don't work as intended?

It's the same for every amateur game that isn't a finished product. If that's the case, I can see why Zen would rather stick to doing commissions or just draw art they like and share it on their preferred platform because this cycle is more than just tiresome, it's soul-rending; at least Zen doesn't have to deal with actual game critics - those can and will absolutely run you and your game into the ground at the slightest flaw especially if it was made with such a simple game engine compared to many others including company-made ones that are a nightmare to work on; the professional game industry is absolutely ruthless and game critics only consider the end product. Won't even mention F95 is a piracy forum; putting aside the "pirates never pay" stereotype along with "creators never pirate", many people have no intent of supporting a game financially whether they can, but moral support counts. Again, it counts a lot more than money.

Apologies for wasting everyone's time with a wall of text (removed half of it before posting it). It would be funny if that got me permabanned from the thread for defending Zenkuro, though; have yet to experience this one. (If I had to guess, the most plausible reason would be "paywall bashing is offtopic", which is fair enough, lol.)

PS: Zen, if you read this, stay strong. Take your time, do stuff you like so you don't end up going down the path of many other content creators losing all hope and passion and being corrupted into pushing industrial slop or treating their supportive audience like disposable wallets. It's just a game, there are tons of others around for people to play if they are dissatisfied with the way it is being made. And thanks for taking the effort to include as many fetishes and options as you can in your works, even if it's just subtle. Your fetish poll for ANLIS was a fun one, wish more creators did this and included so many options to choose from and potentially see; it's also an inspiration for modders who would appreciate the content but didn't think of it at the time. (Won't say which ones I went for because that would be bias and incite further bias, especially as someone who isn't even supposed to be part of your target audience.)

Dude made a promise and even had the guts to put a fucking timer, he is getting shit for soft lying, his art is still top IMO and the writing is good/great but in my book doing a Koda = no support from me.

You claim to be a lesbian, yet you're bouncing on Zenkuro's dick.
Sexuality is a spectrum, I suppose. :)

Aside from that I think i remember this user being banned from Katalist thread... Or maybe i'm confusing them with someone

EDIT : Been checking that. Almost every posts of this user have been deleted from the Katalist thread. Maybe on other threads as well, weird

Many developers make the mistake of starting several games at the same time, and they quickly regret it. They realize too late that the story line is taking too long to progress, and complain that they can't release regular content for their main game. If ANLIS is going to remain the main game, it's better to finish Black Rose Hotel first and then continue with ANLIS in its entirety. In any case, this applies to those who release regular content, so in our case, any content release would already be a huge improvement.
