Honestly just dont bother with this game. All the scenes are bog standard default koikatsu animations with barely tweaked vanilla koikatsu character models. You know, the cowgirl animation with a comically large and unnatural vertical hip movement, the standing doggy with an "s" shaped spine, and you can already see the censored default koikatsu blowjob.
I dont have a problem with this kind of critically bankrupt creativity if the rest of the game is decent, but it isn't. The game consists of you doing one thing over and over until it results in progress (all conversation sprites and location backgrounds are AI slop, in stark contrast to the overly round and plump default koikatsu faces during sex scenes). The story is not at all interesting, or necessary, and almost certainly you will not care about it. Also, its not really a sandbox game but another one of those false sandboxes where you do have a map screen but basically only one location will ever have any content at a time, so just a linear game with extra steps.
I played a patreon version some time ago and would not recommend anyone do this. This game is probably just a cash grab from someone who puts 3 hours of work per month into it to cash the easy patreon check from gooners (like me, unfortunately).
I can see where you’re coming from on some points. If the story isn’t strong, I understand why default Koikatsu animations and AI assets might feel like a cheap shortcut. But if the main focus of the game is the story and characters, then I don’t mind the use of default animations or AI art, especially if the developer is working with a low budget. AI can be a useful tool for solo or small developers to complete their project instead of stalling forever due to custom requirements.
That said, I do agree that if the story falls flat or the gameplay loop is repetitive, then it’s much harder to overlook the reuse of stock animations or assets. In that case, the presentation becomes more noticeable because there’s nothing else pulling you in.
