Also I got hit with a big project for IRL work a couple weeks back that will have me traveling for work until about June. I'll have my gaming laptop with me to work on the game, I just don't know how much workload/free time I'll have.. which is why I haven't been able to give a solid update schedule. Next update won't be that long as I grinded out the technical stuff over the holidays.

I'm the type of person that if I do cancel the project I would just straight up tell you guys instead of randomly disappearing lol. So far though, that is not happening. I'm frustrated myself that I can't devote more time to it right now... Just when I was beginning to find my groove.

This type of transparency is GOATED imo. Admits don't know how much time can work on the game, and there's a reason for it, which is very reasonable. And even willing to announce if the game was abandoned, deserves to be up there. My GOAT!

Haha don't worry! I made a promise to never let people wonder if the project is cancelled or not. IRL just found a way to be extra annoying, that's all.

I really do think though that the next update will be worth the wait. I can't wait until I can send it to you all to play yourself, such a big leap already.

It's unfortunate but it's the reality. My development schedule got completely thrown out the window thanks to my IRL job, thankfully it's temporary and after June things will settle down to normal again lol

Also, of course! I don't understand myself when a project gets abandoned and the dev just vanishes.. shit happens, plans change, most people accept that but let the people know who follow your project what is happening with it.

Bad news is better than no news at all. Transparency avoids 90% of any drama on this website I find.

LMFAO! Could you imagine... yeah, no. New fear unlocked. Thanks for that lol will be triple checking things now since I will be using the same computer! Thankfully I have all my game dev stuff on a separate portable SSD.

Who knows maybe my boss will be interested in seeing Christine get it on! hahaha
