That specific image is from their back story, Anna and David get married and have a child before the VN story starts. As for her getting pregnant from someone who is not her husband is another question, there is a pregnancy tag and planned tag for multiple endings, but that will be up to the DEV as Chapter 3 is where we will see the continuation of the story.

I would've liked the sex scene with David to be nude and the masturbation scene to show a little more skin (it was kind of a spur of the moment thing so I understand it being clothed, the masturbation scene I mean). The scene with Chris on Thursday morning there are a few images where we see him completely uncovered, you can even have a look in the images folder and see all the images used in this update with the animations at the bottom. Maybe you not seeing them is to do with some of the choices you have made during the game.
