That's not true. Old men get young and pretty girls, if certain prerequisites are met. Being a celebrity and/or being rich or just being in a position of power does the trick. Sometimes not even that is required, but the woman just having some daddy issues.
I agree that the Marvin story line isn't very realistic, after all he's just a horndog and a lowly janitor and even a narcissistic bitch like Anna wouldn't do that, despite Kendra pushing her to tease him. There is absolutely nothing to gain for Anna with Marvin. She has got no reason to lower herself that much - something the humiliation fans appreciate, but it's not realistic.
But when I look at her boss Hank or Mr. Strenstromber, you can't deny, that such constelations do happen in real life and they aren't even that rare.
Just one example. The disgusting pig Harvey Weinstein probably had more pussy in his filthy life than all users combined in this very thread. He really looked like garbage: being fat, but small in stature and having an unattractive face with a bulbous nose and a double chin.
Nevertheless he was in a position of power. Young women, who wished to start a career as an actress in Hollywood, had to pass Weinstein in his function as some kind of "gate keeper" to Hollywood first, who had the contacts to the successfull studios and their bosses and he abused his position of power by blackmailing women into giving him sexual favors. He did it for years completely unchallenged, until some day it was made public and he was sued.
Look how these young cunts swarm around him... he isn't charming nor attractive, not even a celebrity himself, but he has got power over their careers. Just like Hank and Anna in A Perfect Marriage.
There are many more real life examples. And not always is it about blackmailing and abusing power. Most often money opens their legs as well. Sugardaddys aren't just a meme, they very much exist in real life. There are even specialized dating sites for that.
Some women are just sluts, they want a comfortable lifestyle without hard work or having to study and are willing to sell their body for that, if they've got the looks.

Now if you played David corruption path, he withhold his sex with ana and wanted a kind of slave form of ana like giving him a blowjob, plus he hide his gym partner details, and same he hide his wife details with his gym partner.
Now consider this, ana fully sexually charged where she is jealous with david and she already have guys like Chris and Marvin who constantly approaching her and she knows it. So it's not just Ana's approach but it's also the way different characters of the game were created ....and as I like to play porn game and until now it's going sexless with slow burn ...to me the best chance to see some action will be with Marvin or Chris as I do want to see action earlier rather than waiting for more corruption by just tease from other characters....so yup Chris and Marvin might not be a hero of the game but they have better luck of action with her if sexually desperate ana approach them because those characters are built that way that they'll take full advantage of the opportunity. Rest characters I doubt it might take few more update to reach at sexual phase with ana. let's see what happens.

I didn't say, she would do it for money. I also think, that would be out of her character. I just provided arguments and real life examples for the other guy, who claimed, that older men with pretty young women was completely unrealistic, which is nonsense of course.
Anna has got some serious daddy issues and Hank tries to manipulate her into believing, that he'll fulfill this father figure by leading her, advising her, but also being strict with her, if she fails under pressure.
So a lot of pressure at work and her fear to fail and disappoint might do the trick combined with her marriage going down the drain very quickly.
Hank also has got David's business by the balls. So he is also in a position to blackmail Anna, if she won't be willing and might need a little extra push. At least that's my guess.
But let's see, how Mr Palmer will make it happen...
The Strenstromber story is also linked to Anna's Daddy issues. Anna idolized her father very much and when he died, it created a deep void in her, she wants to have fulfilled again. But David isn't the man for this job. Hence Strenstromber and Hank will manipulate her psychologically. If it fails, I think some blackmailing will be very much realistic, too.
In general it isn't that far-fetched: women with daddy issues exist (and in our modern societies with high divorce rates and "fathers", who don't bother being a real father to their offspring, being non-existent most of the time for their kids, the numbers of people with some serious daddy issues rise) and they seek a guiding father figure in their life, someone to look up to, which only an older successful man can fulfill believably.

I remember Hank saying, that he didn't want to blackmail Anna. But it might not go according to his plan and still despite all his efforts it might not be enough for Anna to really fall for him. I think Hank is someone, who would use some blackmail methods in this case, especially if his pride was hurt by being rejected in the end.
So I wouldn't exclude this possibility. There might be even two options, one where Anna falls willingly for Hank and another one, where he doesn't succeed and then out of hurt feelings relies on blackmailing. Who knows, all of this is speculation...

I like the possibility of Anna willingly falls for Hank, but I also hope that Hank eventually has a change of heart where he realizes that Anna is not a sex doll. He sees her as a great loving partner, too. It's gonna be one helluva character development for him. But I think that's inevitable there'll be a route where Hank or Sternstomber will blackmail Anna to have sex with one or both of them since blackmail is already in the planned tags.
