Her way of getting out of the car is hardly normal, almost unreal. No one usually gets out of a car in this way.
The reasons may be various but surely the main reasons are: 1) She is drunk and so she is barely getting out of the car by herself; 2) This is a van and she is getting out this way because the passenger side seat is very wide.

If I was Mr. Palmer, I would have Marvin accompany Anna into her bedroom and help her get out of those work clothes. And seeing as Anna won't remember much the next morning, Marvin would have some naughty ideas.

3) She's wearing a skirt, so would naturally swing both legs out together, making it far less of an "unreal" method of getting out, even though it still looks a bit clumsy.
