Ok, I'll go outline, please don't ban me, but..
I hope will be some lactating scene, or some event where wife's milk will drop out staining her shirt.

Anna lactating is only mentioned here and there...

It is sort of a non-issue within the game because her lactation hasn't gotten in the way. She has her special room at work, and it is not shown at home.

Now in the real world it would be more of an issue:

Yes, some wet stains on her clothing...
Being engorged in the morning after being asleep...
Sometimes a warm shower triggers leaking...
As the baby grows, Anna will need to produce more milk...

Could Mr. Palmer make it a thing? It would fit within the story of course. If there is to be a kink involving lactation, I can only see Marvin with his perversions getting involved in it. But lactation should be address somehow within the game because when Anna gets into some serious foreplay, someone is going to go for the boobs.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Anna mention it was a good thing she feed Sophia before the Chris event?

Lactation is supposed to be a fetish in the game. Theres even a choice for Anna to make, if she's comfortable with breastfeeding stuff with Hank at the start of Part 2. Marvin wants to setup cameras in her little breastfeeding room. Its also been in the planned tags for this game for a very long time. No idea why Palmer has not done anything with it yet. My only thought is that he's scared Patreon might not like it.
