Slow buildup and slow corruption are effectively the same thing. She's not going to suddenly turn from a caring mom into a slut overnight either way though.
I think people are misinterpreting what this game is meant to be. It's not a sex game, it's a story game where Anna is meant to be slowly built-up (corrupted) into cheating on her husband. It's making steady progress towards that point, from the texting, groping and so on.
But most players do not care about that, they want, as you alluded to, lots of sex. This happens to basically every slower paced story game sooner or later. Be it FMC games of MMC games, people want sex over story almost every time, logic be damned.

There's a huge difference between slow build up and slow corruption...slow build up means reaching to the story point where we see the difference in characteristics of MC based on choices right? Building the base story in different paths.....Part 1 and 2 are made to choose those path whether faithful/confused/corruption. That's known as slow buildup.
Based on the choice we made, Ana should act differently on different paths. So why not we expect sex in corrupt path? When the corruption path becomes slow corruption/stepwise corruption, then it's what I guess comes to your point. Here in this VN Confused path is same as corrupt path.
When MP said he needed time to buildup the base of the story, he meant to define FMC characteristics based on interaction with different antagonist to explain the relationship of MC with those antagonist whatever story he has in his mind.
But when you choose corrupt route for CH3, it should come as Ana getting naughty, seducing and cheat (And David also pissed out at Ana from his POV) as compared to confused path where Ana has feelings for David (where we can play by keeping David calm from David POV) but still her inner self wana enjoy sex. This is big difference where slow corruption lovers reject to understand. Here, output for both confused and corrupt path is almost same. What logic are you talking about? And now the majority complains that corruption is too fast. Oh? Regardless, the developer has made it clear from the beginning things gets done on his time scale with real life issues affecting production. More to the point MP has said he has to get things just right in his mind and how he wants to present the content.
The truth is somewhere in between. Mr. Palmer noticed that the number of patrons was decreasing, so he sped up the story a little bit, so that the first sexy scenes would appear. Who wants to play a porn game where there is no sex? From what I'm reading now, mr.Palmer would like to slow it down a bit and reduce it to teasing. Is it your interpreting his intent or have you seen some information some of us don't have access to? Going off chapters 1-to-3, it's pretty clear MP gives us the road map and motivations of his characters and continues to expand little bits of background information. The pacing seems natural and logical, especially with Chris. Now to be fair there are some issues I have in the story--the main one is how Chris seduces Anna without trying to kiss or nibble on Anna to get her aroused. It doesn't seem plausible that Chris can get all the treats without working for them.
Some scenes are well done, but some are not. The scene with Anna and those two in the office looks more like something Stacy would do in The Office Wife. It's just a guess, but the Timothy/Dale scene had a point to it rather than just some random event. I suspect its MP's showing us just how lusty Anna is, even with basically strangers. I'd like to think of it as foundation setting for what happens with the main characters to establish some plausibility.
And the scene with Marvin was a bit disappointing. I expected him to steal her bra and blackmail her: to let him suck her tits or to spend the rest of the day without a bra in a see-through blouse. Any option would be great. Ok... how? So he walked in on Anna and... what?
See what others keep hitting on is Marvin installing cameras for a blackmail angle, and I keep saying getting naughty footage is pretty weak blackmail. Plus if anything Anna could turn it around and have those involved arrested. Blackmail is only as good as to how much damage it can do. Thing is even if Marvin gets compromising footage, it just might upset him if it's something like Jake and Anna getting it on in private. Using it to threaten Anna to show it to her David is pretty weak since she almost already has one foot out the door.
Thing about the Marvin/Anna scene and her reactions has set up a plot hole. How does MP revive the Anna/Marvin plot that remains plausible? And if I miss understand the timeline, next update is Marvin and Anna.
Looks like we'll have to wait for Jess2001 to write a proper scene with Marvin and Anna.
Jess2001 save us from this teasing with a proper Marvin and Anna scene, preferably with a big gangbang finale. After that, I'll forget about this game for the next 2-3 years, until Mr. Palmer himself starts drawing juicy scenes. Where I can agree with you somewhat is introducing us to Timothy and Dale does open the door for something steamier. But still it could be as I said that those two are a plot tool to better define Anna and her mindset.

Regardless of who installs a camera, what point would it serve? It would be desirable to find another hobby. You're shouting at everyone who thinks differently and this mountain of text does not serve anything, unless you're part of mrPalmer's team, so you have to defend him at every turn. I didn't say that corruption became too fast for me, but some other people said that, see 15-20 pages back.
The scene with those two monkeys in the office is unnecessary. Women don't work that way. They don't suddenly become promiscuous with everyone. At first, they cheat with one character, and only then they try something more. The only reason why those two monkeys were inserted is to dilute/extend the story. For the same reason, all the other characters not in the original stories were included. I wouldn't mind if it had a normal sequel release cycle, but at this rate, it will come to 2 releases a year, which is too much.
