I like your thinking, logical, within the scope of the games plot and story. See you solved the other problem of the game, the faithful path.
Both Ana and David will find evidence against her after Ana will be framed that's my guess. Chris is getting rejected in faithful route so he'll play a good friend role to save marriage by talking to Jake later on is my guess and will help David to reveal kendra plot later on. That's one possibility. In faithful route. Two very valid solutions and MP has hinted more so with Chris' motivations and one of them is to be a friend and save their marriage (the other two possibilities really shows what a POS Chris.) So, from a story writing standpoint, MP keeps open a player's choice how the story plays out.
I guess the catching of Kendra behind the plot will happen in same way whether in corrupt or faithful path...the event will be same. In corrupt route maybe they'll tell Ana after taking advantage of her and in faithful route they'll do it out of good will Jake and Chris. That's how Chris mind working in corrupt path too that he'll help to save marriage but in the mean time he wants to take full advantage of the opportunity of Ana hating on David. Jake path will also be almost same way. Chris and Jake will work together to expose Kendra. what Mr. Plamer does or doesn't do with Kendra is kind of out in the weeds speculation. Sure lots of us wants some justice for Anna and David and Kendra getting a heavy dose of karma is one of them. But how MP advances the story with Kendra can happen in any number of possibilities. One of them could be A BIG REVEAL where Kendra comes out in the open after all the damage she can do is done and there are no consequences for Kendra and admits all that she has done.
It's as you said Jake and Chris could come to David's rescue and save the marriage. Totally plausible! Yet Mr. Palmer also has it that those two could remain total a POS. Jake has his 'past' and Chris is still Chris.
About cheating even if Kendra framed Ana in faithful route by hugging or kissing in office with Jake...that will be called as cheating in faithful path obviously. Just so that faithful lovers won't get mad at him lol...the same way David/Alexia happened.
That does work... it's not a creative storyline to use. Thing is Anna doesn't rule the office, and Hank could walk in on them and maybe Anna and Jake are not that stupid to conduct an affair in her office. If and or when Anna and Jake start an affair, I doubt it would be on the same level as she is with everyone else. Would be some 'old hat' to basically replay the same events over and over with different partners or have the same kind of relationship with each of the other male characters.
Ana is high on hormones and Jake is building good friendship path/romantic path with her on faithful route so this small thing might happen in future in faithful route. That can be considered as a mistake for which David will forgive Ana. Sure... why not. It still is possible regardless of what Anna does that David forgives Anna. What I do hope is MP keeps some real-world concerns in mind. In past posts I speculated Anna isn't on birth control. MP doesn't have to have Anna getting pregnant but at least keep it a concern for Anna and any other real-world issues at least mentioned and addressed to a plausible degree.
David is definitely not Sherlock lol....no matter how much he try to go to gym or office, he won't get evidence on his own because Marcel wanna take advantage of Ana first and Jake he hates to talk with. So someone has to help him out. And why I said David needs the good will of others:
Chris has to step up as a real friend and put away his selfish desires
Jake has to have a total change of heart and stop being a playboy
Leonard needs a moment of clarity and rethink his life choices
As a player they can't really count on Hank, Marvin or Robinson to be part of the solution. It's just a guess on my part but I'll wager MP has just one maybe two routes on the faithful path and several many more just how bad things can go with Anna and David

Nope, its basically completely indistinguishable from live sperm once thawed. The semen can be frozen for many years and still remain active once its thawed to room temp. They can only test the sperm itself for DNA, not the semen surrounding it. There is no way of telling the sperm was frozen after being thawed. Maybe this plot point could come up later if Anna has secretly got the condom tested for Davids DNA. She is supposed to be a lawyer after all

The easiest way is to get sperm appropriately from Marcel, no need, freeze it. How many have tested their sperm or have children. Father's, brother's or own. It is unlikely that the creator of the game has started with genetics, because the cheapest test will already tell if the child is yours.
