Nice picture... not what I have in mind for Hank/Anna first time, but as the story progresses and Hank has Anna as his personal toy, some kinky play would be the norm like in this picture.
As to Hank/Anna's first time:
I was more like thinking of it as being primal, raw, and rough. A large mountain of flesh (Hank) mercilessly pounding Anna (missionary), sweat pouring off Hank while his large gut and heavy thighs slap and crush Anna under his weight. The thing for Anna would be caught between two emotions. The first being Anna's disgust of Hank and having the man-mountain plundering her; second Anna's body's pleasure betraying her of being taken crudely and being more an object than a person.
Of course, the sexy talk would be Hank gloating how he is pounding her while Anna whimpers about being married, not on birth control, and how wrong the situation is. Hank switches to his daddy talk and finally Anna (player's choice) surrenders herself (submission), or accepts the harsh fucking (naughty), resists her body's pleasuring (faithful). With depending on the choice, Hank fills her and there are rounds two, (naughty), rounds 3 and 4 (submission) each ending in a creampie. And only once with Anna sitting on the edge of the bed totally ashamed of what happened (faithful).
The end of the scene (another player choice) had either naughty or submission choices were made Anna and Hank falls asleep in the same bed, but Anna wakes up in the middle of the night having to use the bathroom--discovers how filled up she is while on the toilet. With Naughty, (choice one) quietly takes a shower and dresses returning back to her room. Submission wipes away the excess seaman and returns to bed and attempts to cuddle with Hank (still sleeping) and falls asleep herself.
Only on the submission path, the very last scene is Hank and Anna waking up in the early morning. Hank gloats, teases, and mocks Anna's sluttiness then goes on with a passionate and 'loving' gentleness with more Daddy talk; with his daddy talk he asks Anna to spread her legs which Anna does. He remounts Anna and slowly gently and passionately thrusts in and out of Anna, and Anna and Hank lock eye contact with each other as Hank takes her. Anna totally submits and willingly takes Hank seaman with her legs locking around his huge frame to get him as deep into her as possible.
From a writing point of view one can end that update leaving an opening of two possible openings for the next depending on choices 1, 2, or 3. Choices 2 or 3 Anna is dressed nice leaving the hotel heading straight to the airport with inner monolog summing up how she feels about what happened. Choice, one has an opening of Anna still in the room as Hank has Anna being taken from behind, which leads Hank to make future demands of Anna how she is his and promises of much more to come between them. Throughout all the above Anna's inner monologues are also compare and contrast of David and Hank, regret, remorse, anger, thirst for revenge, blame, arousal, shame, and excuses.

But the camera is supposed to be installed in her office, not the nursing room. Where the camera is supposed to record Anna in an awkward situation with Jake. And it is supposed to be evidence for Kendra of Anna's false betrayal, which will be passed on to David.

Perhaps someone can fill me in on this little finer point. Is Jake aware of the "camera" plot? I can see how Kendra would want to film Anna/Jake for the sake of sending the footage to David to crush his soul. Am still on the outs when it comes to a blackmail thing using such a footage.
I wonder though...

Now I know Marvin doesn't hold any romantic feelings for Anna. But how might Marvin feel about Jake 'getting some' Anna? Now if folks are not on team Marvin and Marvin isn't getting any, might jealousy put Marvin off on the whole camera thing? And even if Marvin is getting a little, from a motivation point of view the question is WHY? It's easy to see Marvin and Jake are not allies and more than likely try to cock block each other at every turn.

Nope Jake is not aware of Camera plot. He just know Marvin is after Ana and Kendra might have something to do with it...But he is unaware about camera. Jake just want to warn Ana on faithful path to stay away from Marvin as he knows his intention to fuck Ana obviously and he knows what kind of guy Marvin is when they both talked in the canteen together. But he doesnt have any idea about camera plot.
That's why I think whether in faithful or corrupt path, Ana will be framed somehow.

Jake was an intern and belonged to a secret forum where members would scour social media for pictures of girls from the company and exchange masturbation materials.
