Ugh! Blackmail is just soooooo simple and too easy a plot line to write plus there are problems with it.

Anna could say no...and being a lawyer...well that just doesn't end well for the blackmailer because the easy fix is to have her phone set on "record" and Ka-Boom Anna wins... doesn't matter who blackmails her, they are busted

Now if you want a better plot.... its Anna fighting her own desires and impulses, getting into situations where she is vulnerable and Anna being just as guilty as are her would be seducers. Would make for an interesting plot twist that Marvin double-crosses Kendra, gets on Anna's good side as an ally but works for himself to exploit his trusted position and prays on Anna's weaknesses

I think Chris plan is Blackmail. The lingerie picture and all the text in the beginning we had no control of her doing is going to come into play. If a rape possibility happens it most likely will be the janitor. He is very handsy he had the balls to feel her up.
