1. The upcoming update will be short- That was MP statement.

I think you're approaching wrong the issue. It is based on the idea that there is no intent to cheat.
Have you ever ended up having sex with the initial intention not to? If yes, it means that there are some buttons that once pressed make you .... give in. Hard to believe that, for a grown woman cheating is a deliberate act.

More than configuration, they are requirements, it is common to see this type of synchronization in most of this genre, and I want to address your comment.
It's boring to see certain steps you have to follow to have something hot, although not bad, sometimes it's tiring.

To be fair, I don't think the typical progression is bad as a concept; I just think that it's played out. I wouldn't suggest that APM change directions at this point. But I do think there is a real lack of creativity when it comes to how most people approach a woman's corruption. There are so many ways to tell an erotic story, and the idea that corruption ends at sex is really limiting. It's the same as the typical incest games - no one seems willing to allow the "mom" figure to have sex until dozens of updates in, and I guess the reason is the same as well, in that the dev wants to keep people hooked. But you can definitely do that without just blindly following the same formula everyone else follows, and I wish more devs would try it out.

You don't have to give up the slow-burn aspect if you do it well, because it doesn't have to be a slow-burn towards sex, you can have the focus on the emotional side as well as/instead of the physical side. I've not seen many, in fact My Husband's Boss is the only one I can think of that ignores this "rule" and it works really well.
