Family trip because trump became president and he might lose job? That's MP being MP....so a normal job does get a heavy workload sometimes for a week. He blamed it on Trump .... and then enjoying family trip without occasion once the workload completed. Where's that warning of govt will throw away from job... now that he's on a trip?
Anyways..but since he has a lot of time to text or answer audience..he can use it to tell artists to create scene for the next update too....so that whenever he gets time for programming he will have ahead start for the next update where few percentage of renders might be completed by artist this month.

Well this could have been achieved by other office members too....and since other office members like Jake , Marvin hank etc are main antagonist....it would have been more exciting...Now he already mentioned that Dale and Tim won't be staying for long and not to expect corruption on their path..these corruption growth could have been shown with hank, Jake or Marvin where there's a possibility of Ana's relationship with them to reach somewhere in the main story. Just saying it would had made more sense to grow Ana's corruption with main antagonist from office. I don't think that Dale and Tim are biggest dogs in the law firm... it's Jake, hank and Marvin the biggest dogs who actually succeeded to bring down Ana's shield.

I don't think we should complain that a dev is on vacation and still taking time to keep in touch with his patrons. That's commendable. I don't know many devs that would do that.

I think the thing for me is that the Patreon walls of text shouldn't be necessary. The information and explanations given there should be delivered via the storytelling - there shouldn't be any need for external clarification of key points.
All developers are commendable to their source of earning even stopper too...He give his time to reply to his patrons that the update will be delayed due to reasons...And there are few developers who just provide monthly render even when the game is abandoned. The reason for complain is different. The delay and taking vacations that are not preplanned when the update is underway. I will give you an example, Suppose I am going to release one short update and as per my commitment, it should be launched within let's say 3 months. That is my commitment. I have not announced any holidays to my members. Now after 2 months, I announced that the update will be delayed because of heavy work or anything. Then I will say I am on vacation. I am commendable to my members, but whatever i have committed to them I am not going to deliver. Members to be honest don't care about vacations/ work , after all these things the developer should have considered before making a commitment to them. That yes I have work and I will enjoy with family but I will provide an update after 3/4 months. All members will support me whoever believe in me. Now, issue come when I do my work and I do take vacation and I do keep in touch with my members but I don't deliver what I was committed to. If the developer doesn't deliver the result, he will receive complain. Show the result despite of holidays/work. That he's committed to this VN and whatever words he said to gain confidence of audience then there will be no point to complain.
Project/Development is always result oriented. Developer has his life , he can do whatever he wants to. Nobody complain on that...But if whatever he is doing impact the delivery date, then their is an issue. If he say that despite of work and holidays, he can deliver in 4 months. We will see after 4 months. And now he changed it to something more unexpected, He said he will work on the project whenever he gets time. So that 4 months also is not a deadline. It's more like whenever he will get time say after 6 months/1year, he will work on it. So if the timeline is not defined, I don't think there is any sense of commitment from developer side. He can take 6-7 months or 1 year ...so say it openly then whoever are flexible to his undefined timeline, they can support.

40% Agreed with the commitment part let’s not forget he’s not a full time dev and he have another job.There’s an Haitian proverb who said “malè pa gen “claxon”and in French simply translated as “malheur n’as pas de claxon” while the English is a little complicated if you wanna translate it word per word “Misfortune have no horn” in any case this sentence can be interpreted as you don’t know what while happen in the future and there is no warning…..when you have two occupations sometimes you’ll have to make hard decisions and you’ll have to choose which commitment you wanna break
in any case maybe Mr Palmer just seeking for excuse to slacking of,maybe all his excuses are facts and justified or maybe he’s like Central Cee and got commitment issues

you've shown dedication for dale and tim lol...dont get upset if they're not part of main story...ask him if there is any threesome plot in any path in future. Don't tell him to reveal it but just normal.. whether there will be 3some or not that's all. Many people asked regarding 3some and anal..but still it's uncleared.

marcel, in my humble and sincere opinion, I think it was totally unnecessary to include him as an antagonist, it would have been better to leave him as the case of tim and Dale.That's good, the two characters who I think are the worst in the game are the same as you: Jake & Marcel.
