I honestly don’t see how this update could be any worse than the last one ,but if it is, that’s a full year of APM down the drain. At this point, it feels like Mr. Palmer’s writing exclusively for a retirement home audience.

Then don’t self insert into the game. Not to be flippant, but change your perspective. Pretend you are a voyeur. Focus on the FMC and her corruption, not on who is doing the corrupting. No shaming here, but maybe don’t focus on the dude.
Boundaries of morality, whispers of desires, A volatile marriage, Harmony Haven and few more...they started recently so sex might be introduced after an year or two hopefully but atleast update timings are good with them for now. APM updates are taking more n more time nowadays even if they're short

Yea , I guess you are saying the trip with Hank not Grant the story might reach to sex point. But the thing is as per his development speed, time to reach the story up to the next week in the game might take 1.5- 2 years.

I understand your perspective, and I agree that a voyeur approach can add depth. But personally, I find it hard to fully disconnect the game from real life.
I work in a large company with women who resemble Anna in terms of beauty and presence. And honestly, it’s hard to imagine someone like that getting involved with a janitor.
Hank makes more sense, he has status, power, and could fit into an ambition-driven dynamic. But Marvin? In real life, that kind of pairing feels far-fetched, even if it works within the game’s fantasy

Yeah, I get your perspective. Frankly, in the vast majority of these games the female LI wouldn't give the time of day to about 95% of the pixilated dudes. Like in every Milf centered game, there's no way your best friend's mom is going to shag an 18-year-old boy. Don't care if he's sporting Wonder Dick - ain't gonna happen. Yet, it's all pixilated fantasy - where even Marvin can get some young stuff.

Not sure if you meant it as a joke but at the rate updates are coming - twice a year. There's a realistic chance we won't see Stenstromber fucking Anna until 2028! Next update will probably release late September with him. Then Friday and Saturday which will be the two updates in 2026 he won't get sex, as there are other storylines setup like Anna's work trip. Sunday and Monday will be the two updates in 2027 which will be unlikely he will get that far, that soon. Seeing as though Thursday will be the first time they've seen each other in a few years. APM has turned into a 10 year milkathon. When the dev said for ages that it would be a 4 year game.

I think Marvin, the pathetic janitor, ended up becoming the Patreon favorite. People just love rooting for the weakest one, like those cringy ’90s comedies where the school loser gets the hottest girl. But here it’s way more ridiculous the loser is a seventy-something janitor and, to top it off, the guy is a dark molester
It might be a me problem, but I don't feel that chemistry between Marvin and Anna. Honestly, that time should be given for Jake because right now Chris seems the best at making this game interesting. The rivalry should be between Chris and Jake as bulls.

Or just do like me, and ignore it until you get a Chris update, only popping into this thread occasionally to see what’s new. It’s not like there’s not other options in the meantime.
