There will be three paths, not two. This has been confirmed by the author original novels and MP.
1. Anna will be faithful David, maybe Jake, but no one else will be on this path anymore. David and Anna will have more children or Jake.
2. Anna is insecure and can act slutty; she may or may not cheat. All characters will participate in this path. Anna cheats, David forgives her, and they go to therapy together.. David and Anna will have more children.Maybe Or Anna has children with someone else
3. The slut path will involve all characters except David.Maybe Anna has children with someone else

From observations of other games, it appears that developers use pregnancy at the end of the game, which usually appears in the epilogue with the character in question.

Kendra sole purpose is to manipulate her...she keep throwing guys to Ana....Ana didn't gave in to antagonist based on kendra advice that much...but once she got doctor's advice.,.she started to give in openly to hank, Marvin and Chris initially. Kendra didn't told to go with flow ..if we read dialogues initially, Ana's internal dialogue to go with flow is as per carol advice.

Lol yea they work for kendra's motto....but all are perverts....it's not that Jake hasn't tried before Kendra asking him. Jake tried and got rejected before, he know that Ana was not like other women. That's when Kendra offered him money while trying to manipulate Ana to start taking the tease from other guys. Kendra threw many guys at Anna but Ana is not attracted to all of them yet. I mean chip, dale , marvin, jake, bar guys, marcel everyone. But all those guys wanted Ana before kendra told them to. They are like yea they already want Ana and on top of that they get money for it then why not.

Even if Kendra character won't be there in the game...Those guys would be coming after Ana anyways...Kendra is just throwing the guy she made a deal with at the time she decide with a purpose to collect evidence of Ana's cheating. Ana would have been cheating on guys with/without kendra. Chris is the best example....No Kendra influence on Chris and Ana giving in to Chris doesn't depend on what Kendra told her to do...Same with Hank, Grant , Rob.

As far as Kendra character has been portrayed, She knows like everyone who does sleazy work on collecting info inside and outside her office. I know this will not be happening but if David and Ana hire a detective, there would be a good chance that Kendra might know the detective already too lol.

The gambit that Marvin used to get in with Anna was actually a social engineering technique that intelligence officers used to use during the Cold War to recruit female assets. It was called "Is this guy bothering you?" However, to maximize the effectiveness, the inciting agent was usually busted like Marvin and the recruiting officer was the handsome and charming one. Because the point wasn't getting into their pants (always a bonus) but rather getting to their secrets. I think that the ruse was ill-conceived and did more to demonstrate Marvin's inflated opinion of himself than it did to influence Anna's decisions. Anything Anna did in the car, she was going to do anyway, because Anna isn't naive. She is a manipulative narcissist, and narcissistic people use everything at their disposal, including sex, to influence people to do what they want. So in the end, the gambit was extraordinarily pointless. Marvin probably doesn't realize this, but we do because we are friends with the spiders that live in Anna's broken brain.
