Well we know that Anna has agreed to go to the pool with Kendra cheer her up. I don't think she will be expecting Marvin to turn up. We know Kendra is not keen on him because she knows him for what he is. But because Anna invited him out for drinks with them [ depending on your playthrough]. Maybe Kendra thinks Anna has a soft spot for him and because it being Kendra she thinks she can exploit this for her own benefit.
