I've got to agree with some other users, the update was short for 5 months of waiting. Either this dev isn't time efficient at all or he likes to idle in between. Given the fact, that someone else is doing the art for him (including time consuming rendering), it makes me wonder even more.
Still it's a turning point and I really hope for the sake of this vn, that updates from now on will include optional escalations between Anna and one of the many pursuers/predators. It was possible to reject Chris in this update, which is fine, while all others could finally get a glimpse of some action after years of absurd teasing.

Anna's breast were underwhelming.
Anna's all natural very much realistic tits were absolutely gorgeous in my opinion. Great shape, tear drop, lovely areolas and nipples at the anatomically correct spot (lower third of the breast, so many other artists do that wrong or just recreate the ugly silicone/fake tits look). The very erotic slight sagging is also hyper realistic, if you take the cup size into consideration, her age (close to 30) and breastfeeding her child. I really loved her tits in this update.
Mr. Palmer's hired artist did a wonderful job with Anna's breasts. It was about time to finally show these beauties!

I wasn't happy about her very artificial looking pubes. This very thin landing strip is maintenance heavy, because it needs to be trimmed regularly and the surroundings need to be shaved, causing itchiness sooner or later. (Trimming is quickly done, but a combination of trimming and shaving takes time, especially if you want it to look symmetric)
I had hoped for a trimmed triangle (easy to maintain with a long hair trimmer) or a more natural small "mommy's bush" or something like that, after all she's a career woman, has got a baby to take care of and on top of it marriage problems. But still she looks like a single woman between her legs... So having such care (and therefore time) intensive pubes doesn't make much sense for me in her situation. In fact having a baby alone is such a challenging and time consuming task, that most moms just have to cut corners somewhere.
Its hilarious how Anna keeps trusting anyone other than her partner. The funniest example would be Chris. He has been a creep the whole game, yet she keeps trusting him more than the David. Hell! She even trusts the sexual harassing neighbor more than her husband...
Indeed, the story does have plot holes and ISN'T that much realistic as some people claim. This most recent update once again involuntarily spotlighted it.
It's very much astonishing, not to say unbelievable, how Kendra manages to control all people around her and makes them do exactly what she wants. Not only all the gym employees do exactly what she wants, now also the receptionist woman in the office... even Jake, Marvin and Anna dance after her pipe to some degree. Surely there are highly manipulative individuals in this world, but still Kendra seems to top them all. Even getting away with threatening people at gun point... I don’t consider this to be realistic, sorry.
To me it's kind of stupid, it doesn't make sense that Anna quickly forgot what the fake doctor Rob Kobra did to her. He hasn't seen him in so long and immediately kisses him. Weird and far-fetched for me.
True, that bothered me too. Rob and Anna were way too friendly with each other all of a sudden.
Additionally there were some other issues concerning realism:
If Anna is breastfeeding, her nipples would be most likely sore. So Chris squeezing her sore nipples under the shower would have been a rather unpleasant experience for Anna, instead of being turned on. That's once again porn logic at work.
It's also very much unrealistic that their baby sleeps peacefully the whole night, never wakes up and doesn’t rob David & Anna of their sleep as it would be totally normal.
Also Anna doesn't seem to breastfeed her baby in the morning before going to work... She'll be away at work for the next 8+ hours (including travel time). Which mom would not want to at least breastfeed her baby in the morning and hold it in her arms, before she leaves for work?
Or that Anna drinks alcohol despite breastfeeding (not in this update, although Chis tried to convince her to drink during dinner, but during the one with Kendra, Jake and Marvin, where the latter groped her under the table). Drinking and breastfeeding is a no-go. Even if the mom pumps milk before, she'll have to wait like 2 days or so, to be able to give the baby the breast again, because alcohol breaks down slowly. So a mother has got to think ahead a lot, if she wants to drink. But Anna doesn't and is totally thoughtless concerning alcohol: in her inner mologue she just thinks about her next work day as a reason for not drinking, instead of her baby.
In her unfaithful route, she even has got time to give Chris a handjob under the shower, instead of spending precious time with her baby, before she needs to go to work.
So for all the porn brains out there who think, the writing of APM was so realistic, it's not!
Anyway I hope the just teasing and hiding behind the excuse of realism bullshit belongs to the past from now on! There is plenty of porn logic at work already. Some people just don't want to realize it or don't want their illusions about this vn destroyed.
This doesn't mean that Anna should just jump on everybody's cock from now on. Progress, build-up and escalations between characters should still be believable ofc. But each update from now on should have at least one optional erotic scene between characters.
