The main story will be same..just a Lil bit of scene and dialogues will be different...that's what we are watching till now....same event will happen but with different reactions...that's what we are playing..like in all paths Kendra is trying to frame Ana. David and Ana will have discussion in future ...where David will forgive Ana in faithful route and David will get seperated in corrupt route after his say. These things are common event but dialogues are different. Kendra will also be caught in the same way for both routes. Ana still flying with Hank even after rejecting.
