Actually all Marvin, hank, grant falls under old men category. Where Ana has itch to please them or get their approval because of her daddy issues. And Ana knows his condition with his wife, that makes her empathetic towards him. Now story wise, he can be the most independent useful character for Ana in the office who knows secret or can spy on anyone in the office. And character wise Ana knows how he is.
Story wise if you will see, beside Marvin like all other antagonists who try their luck with Ana , it's Kendra who push Ana towards Marvin, Jake, Tim and Dale because she thinks if Ana falls for them.. it's easier for her to get evidence of cheating..but it can go on other side too...if Ana wants, she can also take advantage of Marvin and Jake both , we will see about tim and Dale later on as they're new introduction to 3some plot. Now Ana is just doing all these trying to impress her friend Kendra that she's not backward she can flirt too with others beside her own husband and in return she felt that Marvin is even more hornier than Chris and she's having fun..these all things as of now Ana doing it and kendra pushing her limits in the name of "fun and enjoyment". Whoever you see in office, it's Kendra who force Ana to think that way and push her sexually towards them whether it's Marvin, Jake or Tim n Dale. ... it's Kendra who sow that seeds of sexual attraction towards them else Ana rejected Jake beforehand . That's when Jake told kendra he tried but Ana was not seduced by him and he described her as a good professional woman.

Well sure, if you want to only look at partial answers, yes. You said it doesn't have to be just a physical attraction, to which I agreed, but that doesn't mean that there can't be a physical attraction. I said there may be a physical attraction for those two as part of my response for them, not as the whole thing. Meanwhile, your sole argument for Marvin seems to be that he's honest about just wanting to fuck her, like that should be a massive tick in any woman's box (no pun intended).
I love this game, amazing really close to real life story(except every guy being an asshole).
