I hope Ana won't be drugged in the next update. I mean submitting unconsciously back-to-back is cheap. I think we can check off the drugs box on the list of tags. And even if drugs are used, again they'll be in a restaurant, so nothing is happening there; then there is how does he slip a micky in a drink?
As stupid as Anna can be in the grander scheme of things, she is pretty sharp about the reality of any given situation. While at Rob's house, Anna knew what he was up to... went out of her way to tease Timothy/Dale... admits her interactions are friends with benefits with the added advantage of keeping Chris on her side... her teasing and putting up with Marvin fuels her sense of empowerment being able to toy with him.
I serious don't see Anna drinking (at least at first) during the dinner with Grant to keep a clear mind. She's going to be eagle eyed looking and hoping to get back the family's money
And with her Dad's background story in the last update, I guess all flashback scenes are done. {I just don't see how Mr. Palmer can't help but use flashbacks... the audiences only know a little bit about Grant/Anna's history.} And no more flashbacks are required going ahead. I just want to see Ana taking initiative without thinking about David next time as that's covered twice already. She don't have to think about David all the time whenever she go in the main scene with anyone. Start making her corrupt and naughty rather submissive in all paths." Plausibility.... plausibility
Anna has had a long time to stew and nurture her hate for Grant. In that time a lot of good memories they shared got painted over with loathing rage and anger. You can bet the farm Grant will attempt to come on as if nothing happened and he hadn't done anything wrong... but that doesn't solve the problem of getting back into Anna's heart. So just how much time and scenes will Mr. Palmer need to cross that minefield?
Just a thought to consider. It's very possible to either be the aggressor by taking the initiative or maneuver your opponent into a trap. Consider the following premise:
Anna knows now just what can happen with Marvin--there is no innocent Anna giving an old man a cheap thrill. If she excepts going to the pool with Marvin, she'll know full well he'll try again. Next time Anna meets with Chris and if it's going to be in private, Anna knows he'll try something. Visiting Robinson again Anna knows his game. Throwing up the Marriage Shield is plausible deniability for her own actions... a forum of roleplay of being an innocent young woman being at the mercy of terrible men.
Where Anna gets stupid, is things blow up in her face. She wanted some naughty and tease Timothy/Dale and get some attention... KA-BOOM! Allows herself to be alone with Chris in the car garage... KA-BOOM! All her want for just a sip of play and naughty to get men's attention and earn some self-esteem points have things go sideways.
So if going forward does Anna need to call Chris and say "come f**k me" or allow herself to be in a position where she already knows he will... Anna fully understands consequences dealing with Marvin and can easily avoid him... if she wants to. And she knows she can easily be welcomed over at Robinson's place... so yah, she's corrupt. It may come to pass where Anna doesn't have or want to take these circular maneuvers and just make aggressive moves
