i love this game but its starting to feel like hes dragging this thing out. i understand it takes time but there are so many other games that are putting out updates every other week or even a month. but i feel like we will wait 5 to 6 month for 5 mins of new content then have to wait another 5 to 6 months. i just wish he would do alot better at speeding up the updates.

No one mentioned this tournament in their posts about which characters participated in which scenes, only that the winner of the scenes and characters in Friday's update was a fake friend (Chris). It was a tournament of scenes and characters you want to see in Friday's update. And the winners were scenes with a fake friend (Chris).

How do you know he doesn't read the comments? He might still do but just doesn't reply.
Just like he might have a wife and kids he blames for delays or he might not. He likely doesn't post on here anymore because of his constant excuses for delays, milking sex scenes and lacklustre writing compared to the great writing in earlier chapters. He handled criticism fine before on here.
All I can say is that for a year and a half he comfortably released updates every 2 months like clockwork. Which also included changing the artist.
Like most other devs, when they gain many subscribers - they get lazy and realize they dont need to work as hard or fast. Then the excuses come in. Now even though he supposedly has the same job, same family issues and same holidays etc. from when he was releasing updates quickly. It takes him triple the time to release just a short update now! Palmer could be an unemployed 35 year old living in his mama's basement, he could be married and work full time. We have no idea who he is and if he's telling the truth or not.

Dude, tbh, i dont find his writing lack lustre apart from just the last update. Having said that, i agree about the updates. The reasoning is so stupid, i give better reasons not to turn up to work sometimes!

The VN has turned to average since about a year ago, maybe even longer. Plot points were always setup very well, following each characters personality traits. Where events would happen for a reason. Now its the complete opposite. Nothing is setup, characters have forgot their own personalities and the story is completely lost. Chunks of dialogue are over explained and repeated many ways to pad the runtime.
David has become a supporting character that we hardly see. Which would be good if we got some great action from Anna cheating and being a slut.... but shes still at the groping stage after 3 years. So the story has come to a standstill for over a year, for no reason. We are still waiting for each male character to level up their lewd points, so Anna can choose which one to have sex with. It went from a very well written, story driven game, to a shallow, cliche grope-a-thon. The writing is so different from before!
Aah I remember you were a fan of LP 5 years back
. I guess story in both of these VN might be going with the speed of "To the infinity and beyond"...aka never ending.

Assuming the game continues at all and delivers on its promises, that's the case. What bothers me more is that the developer has barely given any sign of life anymore, and the last update, contrary to usual practice, was "ages" ago.
