the update is a step back and also the upcoming update doesn't look interesting enough.
Though looks like Chris again will crash at David's place on Friday night.

The problem with these kind of games (super slow dev time + dialing down the content) is that... they work.

The reason they work is because how people decide to spend their time. Throwing tantrums at bad devs is simply more rewarding (more attention grabbing) than praising the good devs.

Yes, great devs that deliver this kind of quality, story and cg wise, exist, but their fans... don't throw tantrums, so they garner less attention, and of course, their games are lesser known. This might sound antithetical, but loud ones do tend to drown the silent ones.

Now fans... Do your job, praise the greats, forget the intentional malpractitioners. My top 3 games are all monthly updates with at least as good stories and triple the content of this particular APM update.

I like this game ok, but the MC is such a cuck. I don't get annoyed easily, but that dude is just so slow and stupid beyond belief. It's too much.

This game has slowass update but it is the best VN, and AMAWcomes second.

Something about the dialogue and teasing just done very well
