These plotlines are side-stories and will serve as a substitute for Anna having sex. But not in the main plot. The same thing happens in the AWM game: Sophia fucks everyone in her dreams and flashbacks in various combinations. Not to mention the fan art. But never in the main plot.

True, but in this case Anna knowing she is pregnant (esp. if she's confident that it's with David) might make her more likely to go wild and screw anyone/everyone again. She would see the pregnancy as an anchor to trap David in a bad marriage.

Exactly. To Chris, once Anna gives up on David (or he gives up on her) Anna would be in play for him. I'd like to think Anna would be so angry with Chris for playing then betraying her that she would refuse him but get Anna drunk, pay her compliments, and then...

This would be a fulfilling outcome that would satisfy nearly everyone. And I doubt we ever would see it.
