It's strange that the creator didn't change this scene and strip Anna and David naked
. He also changed, added, or removed other elements of the scenes, dialogue, and game choices.

You could go a little further by putting that scene in GTA VI.

This game seven realm has so good renders that i dont think it needs AI...rest of the games need AI for their animation... but sex scene of that seven realm feels like watching a movie scene.

And you, my friend, do you like fantasy and sci-fi or do you prefer modern times? As I like more fantasy and and sometimes modern times.
I think I am more towards story..whatever is simple and easy to understand whether its werewolves, vampire, normal cheating housewife, something magical , or GoT kind of adventurous...whatever kind of theme they want to develop should have to be some normal background story that's easy to understand without making it too much complex. There are few cheating wife games that has all kind of fantasies but no story at all so I dont play those games because i know there will be sex yes but what's the point? lol Like what APM and AWAM became now..we know there will be tease and it will increase FMC corruption but for what? those has nothing to do with main story. Earlier they had but now it's lost. I like chasing sunset game that carried forward main story beside sex, being a dik etc that has some purpose well nowadays background story in being a dik has lost too or maybe due to some additional characters, it has added new plot and new background story that i dont find interesting as compared to previous college task theme but it has some objective and purpose to achieve in every update. There was this game Lisa...i dont like trans sex n all..but Lisa game has shown that fantasy in absolute emotional love drama story that's why i find it interesting...none of the other games do that. I am forgetting the name of one game but it has wizard theme involved and now it got abandoned, that was also good. So for me its not fantasies like scifi, adventure etc...it should have some good and easy to understand story in it without making it too much complex.
