I think that the fact that all the guys she can cheat with are bad options is kind of the point. It just goes to show that for a narcissist like Anna, the more perfect their marriage is the more uncomfortable they get and the more they go out of their way to sabotage it.

In other words any guy who uses the word "rapey' - while they may not be wrong, probably has conflicting interests.
If the story is to remain realistic, Marvin will probably only be able to slip into Anna's panties through blackmail.
